My Challenge for 2011

No, it won't be graduating nursing school, it will be finding an open back dress as pretty as these:

No matter how hard I look, it is very difficult to find open back/ low back dresses. Maybe I am using the wrong search terms, but on most sites, the cut of the back isn't usually an option. That's a super bummer for me, because it's basically the only thing I'm going off of here! It's the one thing, I've found I really like! Hopefully, I will find the perfect dress, AND pull off this style! (I'll leave the rest of the dress up to the professionals!)
